What are your opening times?

Can anyone join in?
Anyone is able to join in with the open classes, provided that they fall within that classes age brackets. For example, some of our classes are open to adults and teenagers, although the same fee may be payable. Please see the prices next to each class on the timetable for details.

What if i cant keep up with the class?
Each class is broken down into 3 parts. The warm up, the tutorial and fundamentals (The basics) accompanied by a short routine. The first half of the class is the basics broken down to ease you into the routine.

Do i have to be physically fit to join in?
We always advise people to check with their GP before taking part in any high activity subject. Whilst you are primarily being taught to dance, certain dance subjects can be very highly active.

Is there a joining fee?
No. However, you will have to complete a registration form on your first visit. This is a consent form and emergency contact details form, and will need to be completed before your first class. If you are under 18 you will need a parent or guardian to sign the form for you.
