Terms & Conditions for Loyalty Card Scheme

1) Payment must be made on or before first class. 2) Payment is for open classes only and subject to timetable change. 3) No refunds (Partial or full) available for non attendance before Christmas closing in 2010 once payment is made. 4) Payment by cash only unless advance payment made by PayPal. 5) By paying in advance, you are entering into a contract where as open class dance tuition will be taught on our premises only, and the purchase is non transferable. 6) £45 fee payable per person purchasing the Loyalty Card with no group reductions. 7) Participation in any Urban burn class is at participants own risk. 9) Loyalty card valid for open classes only, and can not be used as full or part payment of any private tuition. 10) Loyalty Card remains the property of Urban Burn Dance School. 11) Loyalty Card entitles purchaser to 10 open classes for the price of 9, which may be used on any of our open classes listed on our timetable which may be subject to change at any time. 12) Loyalty card can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. 13) Loyalty Card can not be used with any private bookings and classes including teams, groups and group party class times. 14) Loyalty Card will be retained by Urban Burn once you attend the 10th (Free) class. 15) Loyalty Card must be presented before each class, otherwise full class price will be charged, for that class, with no exceptions. 16) Managements decision is final.
