Please Note:
Public Classes are open to anyone within the age group specified.
Team Classes are only open to team members or by invite only.
If you are interested in joining a team, or being invited along to one of the more advanced traning classes, please mention this to the teacher when you attend a Public Class. Spectators are not allowed into the Team Classes, and you must be invited along to particpate. Please do not just turn up to these classes without prior arrangement.
No need to book, just turn up a few minutes before the start time! New starters will need to complete a short form, and pupils under 18, will need to get their parent/guardian to sign it for them.
